Which tools are free without a license?
ATB Picker and Selection Picker are completely free, including all creation and editing features. No license or activation is required. Both work offline and remain available after a trial or paid license expires. Find them under Free on the Features page.
Which Maya versions are supported?
AnimToolbelt supports Maya 2022 and newer.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Contact licensing@animtoolbelt.com to request a 30-day evaluation license. Evaluation access does not start automatic billing.
How will installation work?
The release will include a Maya-ready installer and a short setup guide. Exact steps and troubleshooting will be added here with the production package.
How do offline activations work?
Create an offline request inside AnimToolbelt, then use an online phone or computer to exchange it on the Offline Activation page. Bring the signed license file back to the offline Maya computer to finish activation. A new computer uses one normal activation. Renewing the same computer reuses its existing activation. Keep request and response codes private.
How do I manage billing and renewal?
Contact licensing@animtoolbelt.com to arrange billing, renewal, or changes to your access dates. Payments are handled manually.
How do I recover a lost license key?
Keys are shown once when issued. Contact licensing@animtoolbelt.com from your license email to request a replacement; do not send the full key.
What should I do if my license has reached its activation limit?
If every activation is in use and you need AnimToolbelt on your current computer, open the License & Billing page and choose Deactivate all devices. After your license key and license email are verified, you can clear every computer using that key and activate the computer you are currently using. This recovery option is available once every 60 days per license key. An offline computer may continue working until its existing signed license expires, for at most 30 days.
What if I no longer have access to my purchase email?
Open the License & Billing page and contact licensing support. Include any order details you still have, but do not send your full license key through an unsecured message.
What happens if I run into a problem?
Send a Bug Report from inside AnimToolbelt in Maya, or use the Contact page on this website. Include your Maya version, operating system, AnimToolbelt version, reproduction steps, and any error text. I promise to actively investigate and work toward a resolution.
