License grant
Subject to these terms and any applicable payment, AnimToolbelt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for animation work within the user or seat count of the plan you obtained.
You may install AnimToolbelt on compatible machines you control, but the number of people using it must not exceed the purchased license or studio seat count.
Trial license
The 30-day trial provides temporary access for evaluation. Trial access may not be repeatedly restarted, shared, or bypassed. Continued use after the trial requires an active license.
License restrictions
You may not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense, publish, or redistribute AnimToolbelt.
- Share a personal license with another user.
- Exceed the purchased number of studio seats.
- Remove ownership, copyright, or license notices.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with license or trial controls.
- Reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use AnimToolbelt or its components to create a competing redistributed product.
Packages and access
Your purchased package determines the included tools, support level, seat count, updates, and additional access. Utility Belt includes all tools currently available when this policy takes effect. Other packages may include future tools, full collection access, priority support, or studio licensing as described on the Pricing section at the time of purchase.
Releases and updates
Workshop releases may contain ongoing development changes. Benchmark releases are intended to provide a more thoroughly tested checkpoint. Updates may add, modify, replace, or remove features as development continues. Update availability depends on your active plan and the release offered for that plan.
Ownership
AnimToolbelt and its code, design, branding, documentation, and related materials remain the property of their owner. The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement gives you permission to use the software but does not transfer ownership.
Feedback and suggestions
You may submit bug reports, workflow ideas, and tool suggestions. AnimToolbelt may use that feedback to improve the product without an obligation to implement it or provide compensation. You retain ownership of original material you submit.
Support and production use
AnimToolbelt will actively work to resolve reported problems, but no software can be guaranteed error-free in every Maya configuration. Maintain backups, version important scenes, and test new releases before using them in critical production work.
Termination
This license ends if you materially violate its terms or if a required subscription ends. When the license ends, you must stop using and distributing any copies of the software, except for records you are legally required to retain.
