Information you choose to provide

AnimToolbelt receives information when you email for support, submit a bug report, suggest a tool, or contact the creator. This may include your name, email address, Maya version, AnimToolbelt version, operating system, company name, phone number, requested license count, error details, and anything else you include in the message.

The bug report and tool suggestion forms prepare an email in your own email application. The website does not store those completed forms.

The Studio Belt inquiry form sends the details you provide to AnimToolbelt through an email delivery provider. A confirmation copy is also sent to the work email you enter.

Purchases, subscriptions, and licenses

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment information, taxes, receipts, subscriptions, cancellations, and related customer records as the merchant of record. AnimToolbelt does not receive your full payment card details.

AnimToolbelt may receive the information needed to deliver and manage your license, provide support, confirm entitlement, and resolve billing or activation problems. This may include your name, email address, order details, subscription status, product, and license information.

Technical information

The website and its hosting providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, device information, timestamps, and security logs. This information is used to deliver the site, protect it, diagnose problems, and maintain reliable service.

How information is used

Personal information is not sold. AnimToolbelt does not currently use submitted contact information for an email marketing list.

Retention and security
