Refunds and Cancellations

30-day free trial

Eligible AnimToolbelt plans begin with a 30-day free trial. Lemon Squeezy and the AnimToolbelt licensing system enforce the trial. The checkout page shows the expected charge date and subscription terms before you confirm the trial.

Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the subscription to begin. The cancellation timing displayed by Lemon Squeezy controls whether a scheduled charge will occur.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions can be managed through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access and final service date will be shown in the portal when you cancel.

Refund requests

Because AnimToolbelt is downloadable software and includes a free trial, completed subscription charges are generally final. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. A refund is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

Request a review promptly by emailing support@animtoolbelt.com. Include the email used for the purchase, the order or receipt number, the charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send full payment card information by email.

Technical problems

If a technical problem prevents normal use, report it through the Contact page or email support. AnimToolbelt will actively work to diagnose and resolve reproducible problems. Providing your Maya, operating system, and AnimToolbelt versions will help.

Price changes

Development discounts, future prices, and package contents may change as AnimToolbelt reaches new milestones. The price and billing terms displayed at checkout apply to the purchase you confirm. Material changes to an existing subscription will be communicated where required.

Rights under applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law provides stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.
