Agreement

These terms apply when you visit the AnimToolbelt website, download the software, begin a trial, purchase a plan, or use AnimToolbelt. By doing so, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refunds and Cancellations Policy, and the Software License Agreement.

Product and compatibility

AnimToolbelt is a collection of animation workflow tools for Autodesk Maya 2022 and up. Features, availability, compatibility, and package contents may evolve as development continues. Autodesk and Maya are trademarks of their respective owner. AnimToolbelt is not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk.

Trial, pricing, and subscriptions

Eligible plans begin with a 30-day free trial. The checkout page shows the current price, billing interval, trial details, taxes, renewal terms, and charge date before you confirm a purchase.

Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, receipts, subscription management, and cancellation as the merchant of record. You are responsible for providing accurate purchase information and keeping your payment method current.

Development pricing

Introductory development discounts remain available until the next major AnimToolbelt development milestone. Future prices, package contents, and discounts may change. Any applicable price and renewal information will be shown before purchase or communicated before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or software to:

• Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
• Distribute malware or interfere with the website or licensing service.
• Bypass purchase, trial, access, or license controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or misrepresent AnimToolbelt as your own product.

Support and updates

AnimToolbelt actively works to resolve reported problems, but response times and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Support priority and access to suggestions may depend on the purchased package. Workshop releases may change frequently. Benchmark releases are intended to provide a more thoroughly tested option.

Availability and changes

The website, downloads, licensing service, and individual tools may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, updates, or circumstances outside reasonable control. AnimToolbelt may modify or discontinue features when needed, while making reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Warranty and responsibility

AnimToolbelt is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no promise is made that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every production environment. You are responsible for maintaining backups and testing software appropriately before using it in important production work.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material violation of these terms, misuse of the software, fraud, or attempts to bypass licensing. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, responsibility, and dispute handling continue where their nature requires it.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as AnimToolbelt develops. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
